Send e-GP Registration Fee of Taka 5000 and our service charge of Taka 1000, all together Taka 6000 account payable cheque mentioned “bdtender.com” or Payment Slip using the following bank information:
We will create an email address for eGP on behalf of your user if you allow us to create a new email address or use the provided email address including password for verification
We will verify this email address at eGP site
Printout the verification confirmation e-mail for e-GP Registration Fee deposit.
e-GP Registration Fee at the Bank– We will go to bank with the e-mail printout & pays money via Cash, Pay Order or through Bank Instructions and Bank gives ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (Payment Slip) (We specifies the VERIFIED e-mail ID on deposit slip)
Document Upload and Profile Completion:
We scan all mandatory documents including registration fee payment slip and convert all to pdf files
Get a photocopy of all mandatory documents attested by a Class-I Government Official and send to CPTU for physical verification through mail post or courier.
We logs to e-GP, enters his profile details and upload all mandatory documents
Profile Verification and Approval / Rejection
Once the attested documents and uploaded documents are verified in the CPTU, we will get e-mail with the User Registration Approval information.
Then we will send you the user ID and password for login the eGP site. First you change the password to take over the control over the user.
Now you can login to e-GP system and start using the system to participate in e-Tendering process.
