Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our service at

Due to the nature of our business and services that we are currently selling, we cannot offer refund for change of mind issues. But in case we are unable to provide what is promised in the agreement, we will consider a refund issuance on the basis of justification. As we have two types products. 1. Tailor Made Software, 2. Information Service. For Tailor Made Software a Return and Refund request can only be place before final delivery of the product. Meanwhile for Information Service and Maintenance, Return and Refund must be requested within 2 weeks from the invoice date.

To initiate a refund consideration a customer, have to send an email to explaining the ground and issues. Respective team will be communicating to resolve the dispute and make decision if the refund request can be processed.
